Happy Halloween folks 🧛‍♀️

Now if you really knew me you would know that I do NOT do horror…EVER!! I can, however, cope with ghost stories and I do sometimes love to read books that have a dark, brooding atmospheric thing going on 👻👻

So I have a few books here today that I have read over the last while which I recommend if you are looking for something less horror and more bump.

Hope you all have a spookilicious Halloween 😱💀👻☠

Three Women ~ All with Strength All with a Story to Tell ~ #bookrecommendations

Today I am writing about three under-celebrated women that have featured in books I have read in recent times.

There are so many books in the genre of historical fiction, many I have read but never had the opportunity to review. I have picked three books that I have read, reviewed and loved, each featuring a woman who has played a part in all our history.

Please read on for my thoughts…

#bookblogger ~ The Books that Shaped Me

I have been a bibliophile for as long as I can remember. From a very young age I was always to be found with my head in a book. It’s a love affair I still hold precious and I thank each day that I am lucky enough to be able to continue with this passion.

In this post I hope to introduce you to selection of books that have influenced my life from a young age.

Terrific New Bestsellers from Irish Writers
